Birthdays @ Dartrock

Birthday parties at Dart Rock are great fun and we run them as required. Weekends, in particular, are popular so it is worth booking as early as possible . There are three packages available:

BRONZE £13.00pp

• one hour of instructed climbing, party games and use of the indoor caving system
•  A hours use of our cozy party room
•  invites for everyone 
• (price based on a minimum of 8)

SILVER PIZZA PACKAGE £16.00pp (PIZZA BIRTHDAY PARTY)

• One hour of instructed climbing,party games and use of the indoor caving system
• Pizza (pepperoni or Cheese) cooked in our Dean Forge Dartmoor Baker Oven
• A hours use of our cozy party room
• Invites for everyone
• (price based on a minimum of 8)

GOLD £22.00pp

• One hour of instructed climbing, party games and use of the indoor caving system
• Buffet food for everyone (selection of freshly made sandwiches, homemade pizza breads,sausage rolls, mini pizzas, chocolate bars, crisps) 
• A hours use of our cozy party room
• Invites for everyone
• (price based on a minimum of 8)

NOTE: Prices are based on a minimum booking of 8 children. For Birthday parties including food we have a 14 day cancelation policy on numbers, you must pay for the numbers booked unless numbers are changed before the 14 days from your booking. Deposits are non refundable unless Dart Rock cancels your session. The party room will be presented clean and warm, there is a £20.00 cleaning fee if the room is left in an unacceptable condition.
