BESPOKE COACHING

Here at Dart Rock Climbing Centre, our Mountain Training UK climbing coaches can work with you to help you improve your climbing ability or reach desired goals; be that fundamentals of climbing, advanced movements and techniques, basic and advanced strength work, head games or strategies, training for competition climbing, or working with you to develop a long term training programme.  Our coaches are also current members of the Mountain Training Association, commited to continued professional development and current good practice.

WHAT WE DO

These 90 minute sessions are designed to suit one off clients, semi-regular and regular clients of any age or ability.

In the first session your coach will analyse your climbing experiences/history and your current ability, why you want coaching, your perceived strengths/areas for improvement, and what you want to work on. They will then assess your climbing ability and identify any physiological, psychological, technical or tactical areas you may need to work on. Your coach will also develop a personal performance profile with you as a basis of a plan to help you work towards your desired goals.

After your initial session you may wish to continue seeing your coach on a regular or semi-regular basis to work on your personal goals or develop a more detailed training plan. These can be arranged directly with your coach after your initial session.

Session Cost: £30.00 for 1.5 hours of coaching, or £95.00 for a block of 6 hours coaching (4x1.5hr sessions) 

Follow up sessions can be booked as needed; some people may feel like they need regular contact time with a coach while others may use coaches to facilitate a mentor role for review points along a long term training programme.
