Top up your skills, keep up to date with the latest recommendations, practice those skills that have maybe gone a bit rusty, try something new, learn about training for climbing or top up your movement techniques with some coaching. We have designed a series of evening workshops so you can add some new skills and techniques to your climbing toolbox. For those who are happy top-roping indoors, move to the next stage and get yourself on the sharp end of the rope! We will look at effiecient techniques for leading and how to belay a lead climber

Intro to Top-rope setups - Thursday 17th November

Learn the rope work needed to set up safe top rope work systems. Learn about the equipment needed, knots and how to equalise anchors; The first step to getting yourself climbing outdoors safely in 2012!

We’ve designed this series of workshops to suit all levels and at only £15 everyone should be able to find one to fit. You can find out more in the newsletter(link at the top of this page), or ask at reception next time you are in.
