Get out climbing on rock!

Hi all, 

Since the weather has started to warm up  we have been working hard to put together a selection of Outdoor Climbing courses so that everyone can get out and enjoy the best of our local rock. With so many stunning crags on our doorstep we are keen for all our Dart Rock enthusiasts to experience them. If you are already climbing inside and want to get outside climbing on real rock check out our scheduled Outdoor Climbing sessions:   

 Outdoor Climbing

For those of you that just want to go climbing outside; join us for a climb at one of the many stunning venues in our local area. We’ll set up the ropes and get you climbing on rock with top tips from the Dart Rock team.We have planned at least one day trip and one evening each month throughout the summer, this month’s dates are:

·  Tuesday 12th July 6.30pm - 9.30pm £30  ·   Sunday 31st July 2pm-5pm £30 

Indoor to Outdoor Skills Course

Learn the skills you need to get yourself climbing outdoors. Where, when and how to set up ropes and equipment for climbing on rock. Including advice on buying the equipment you need and a 20% discount voucher for Cotswold Outdoor.1 evening a week for 3 weeks.  The next course is running on Monday evenings 25th July, 1st  & 8th of August. Only £95 

Sports Climbing Skills Course

Everything you need to know to get yourself climbing bolted routes outdoors; from venue and route selection to essential skills for leading and seconding sports routes.1 evening a week for 3 weeks. Monday 5th, 12th & 19th of September. £95 including a 20% discount voucher for Cotswold Outdoor 

Portland Sports Climbing Trip - Saturday 16^th July

All day climbing at one of the UKs top sports climbing venues.  Our experienced Instructor will guide you through a day of quality climbing on the limestone cliffs of Portland.  This is your chance to get out on bolted routes with expert guidance on route selection and advice on technical and movement skills. This trip is suitable for climbers who are comfortable leading 5+ at the wall. Equipment and Instruction included. All for £60, or £80 including transport from Dart Rock.

 Bespoke Outdoor Instruction

If you have something specific you want to work on with our experienced team of Instructors we can set up an outdoor session to suit you; From Cornish rock climbs to local rock climbing classics, lead climbing to deep water soloing. You name it we can arrange a course for you. Prices start from £75 for half a day(1-2 people)
