Leading Ladder lovliness!

Ok folks, dont forget the BMC leading ladder returns to Dart Rock on the 15th October.
This is a fantastic and fun competition taking place at 31 different walls around the country in twelve rounds. 10 routes from 5+ to 8a, three different categories and lots of venues make this the perfect way to kick off your winter training period.
So why not take part? you never know you may well be in the final! four Dart Rockers were in the final last year at Boulders in Cardiff.....
I may even get to do it this year!
